From the airport: Take bus No. 119 to the Dejvická metro station. From there, take the train - destination Depo Hostivař - to Malostranská (the second stop, after Hradčanská). Walk along the river for about 5 minutes towards the Charles Bridge. This will bring you to Míšeňská street.
From the main train station: Take the underground train - the red (C) line, destination Háje - to the Muzeum stop. There, change to the green (A) line and take the train - destination Dejvická - to the Malostranská stop (the third stop, after Staromětská). Walk along the river for about 5 minutes towards the Charles Bridge. This will bring you to Míšeňská street.
